Paul Fitness Trainer has supported me through a challenging journey to improve my health, help me lose weight and feel better about myself. It took me a long time to pick up the courage to take the first step and make the consultation.

Looking back now my only regret is that I did not do it sooner for as soon as I met up with Paul he instantly put me at ease and really listened to what I wanted to achieve and gave me simple guidelines that would help me to achieve my targets.

Paul has the ability to motivate and engage with you as a client whilst maintaining his approachable and often humorous techniques to make dramatic improvements to your fitness. He offers diversity in his training routines and is always aware of your limits but works you hard to ensure that you are giving 100%

Paul is a personal trainer with a difference and for me that difference is his ability to really relate to you as an individual.

There are lots of people out there offering PT sessions but its rare to find someone who has such a genuine desire to see you transform your habits and become happier and healthier. Paul goes above and beyond the call of duty to help you stay on track from supportive pep talks outside of the time booked to daily texts and messages monitoring progress if thats whats needed. Each client has a tailor made package to suit their needs and if you want advise on a specific problem he will find out the correct advise and support and respond quickly.

Through training with Paul he has become a friend and mentor as well as a PT instructor and he has not only helped me to lose weight and more importantly get fitter, but to enable me to really reflect on my lifestyle choices and what impact this has on my wellbeing so that I have the tools to make the right choices to continue and maintain this in the future.
