My name is Paul Gillman and I am a personal trainer and fitness trainer with a difference. Based in Bournemouth, Dorset and working all over Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch I am the original example of the “Been there and got the t-shirt” personal trainer.

What is Unique About Paul Gillman and Be My Fitness Trainer?

I have lost 11 stone, I didn’t use any faddy diets where you lose weight rapidly but gain weight back even quicker, I used a system with a few golden rules where you can lose weight and maintain it without dieting or starving yourself !! I have done it, my clients are doing it and you can too !

Yes its not easy and there will be some discipline and hard work involved but you get out what you put in and the benefits far outweigh the sacrifices.

You feel healthier……Fitter…..Have more energy…..no longer feel bloated….and will feel so much better about yourself. And guess what ?? You don’t have to give anything up !!!!

Is Paul a Fresh Out of College/Uni or a Newly Qualified Personal Trainer?

No, I had been over weight my whole life, I left school at 19 stone with 48″ school trousers and yoyo dieting was my thing ! My heaviest point was approximately 23st 7lbs. I spent years trying all different diets and hoping for a miracle weight loss cure but obviously none came. If I had applied the rules I live by now from the off I would have easily lost the weight quicker and it would have stayed off, so now, to save everyone else the pain I went through I have devised a set of rules to help others achieve their targets and goals the same way I did.

I have been there…..I have done it……I have made every excuse under the sun…..”I cant run, my knees/back/anything else I can think of hurts”….

I have since completed numerous 10k and Half Marathons and also thrown in a Hell Run (videos available on youtube).

The key point is wanting it bad enough to believe it will happen and then making happen. I will give you the tools, motivation and belief to prove to yourself that you have what it takes to make it happen !!

When I started I couldn’t think of anything worse than some young guy fresh out of uni who had been skinny all his life telling me how to lose weight ? Yes he has the qualifications, the science, the knowledge but we both know he doesnt have a clue what its like to be over weight, the daily battles with food, how hard it is to break cycles, lose weight and feel great about yourself again. I do……And you can too……
